Dr. Beers is nice, but most of his staff is incompetent and/or rude. The receptionist usually acts like you are inconveniencing her by being there. Exam prices are low, but made up for charging you for medications you don't need - including ones they don't even tell you they are including. The woman I saw before Dr. Beers came in lied to me about my dogs having fleas (I got a second opinion and the vet couldn't find any) and then forced me into buying preventative medicine instead of treatment. I received nothing from them for actually treating the fleas she claimed my dog had. When I tried to return the preventative medicine (because I use an all-natural repellant instead), I was told they couldn't because it was ""prescription medication."" This makes absolutely no sense since my dogs were never given a prescription and you can buy the exact same stuff (at a fraction of the cost) online without a prescription. It's a scam and I will never go back.
