This was my first GrubHub order, and I was very disappointed. I chose to order from Chili's because it's usually a basic, reliable chain. I ordered a well-done burger and a dessert. The burger could be called medium only if I felt like being extremely generous. It was still dripping. And the dessert was not even similar to what I ordered. By the time I received my food, the restaurant had closed, so I was unable to complain. Between price markups, the delivery fee, and tip for the driver, I grossly overpaid for a barely-edible meal.
