I got some work done to my car, and had a problem that started the day I picked it up. I called back thinking it might be related, and got an exasperated and annoyed response that it wasn't that but could be three other things related to my tires balance, tread or rim. (I told them that was weird since it started the day I picked up the car, and I had just gotten 4 new tires balanced and mounted over the tax free weekend.) Not only that- my center cap was stolen while at their shop and to this day has not been replaced. (They leave your car outside in the city.) I also asked for a quote for some future work and called twice for it, and still do not have a quote after 8 days. Never going back.
