Have been trying to get my daughter an appointment for months. I was told to call when her symtoms would arise and they would get me right in. When you call to make that appointment, that means 2-3 weeks down the road. By then, we are past a time when sher condition was visible. Finally had an appointment and her symproms were active and I recieved a call that stated they will no longer be open that day due to a change in plans for the holiday. I called the office and recieved a different story, that they just do not make appointments on that day of the week at that time and the appointment was made in error. Whatever the case, after 6 months, there is bound to be ANY dermatologist better than this. The dr could be phenominal but his front office staff is terrible and that makes all the difference.
