this is the WORST PLACE in Syracuse to get any home medical arts equipment. They have absolutely no idea how to bill insurance claims and they hound you for payment. And when I say hound, i mean hound. They write nasty grams on copies of bills they send to you. You call them and they say \r
""well, we are selling the business and going through things"". I finally had to call my insurance company and they told me they paid the claim and the date the check was cashed. Then while I was on hold with my insurance company, they got nasty with them too. So here's a tip, if you need this kind of equipment go to Rothchilds right around the corner. Save yourself the hassle!!!! Whatever you read on the internet about them, don't believe it!!!
