THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. \r
While Nightstar was about 10% cheaper than the other quotes I received, the discount is simply not worth it given the horrible experience I had. \r
I booked them for 2 rides on Saturday, they were late to the first one and DID NOT SHOW UP for the second. \r
After being 20 minutes late for the 11:30pm pick-up, I called the Nightstar dispatcher who escalated the issue to Daniel - and Daniel called me himself 5 minutes later. The limo was now 25 minutes late, and Daniel said it would be another 35-40 minutes for a new limo to arrive simple because ""they were busy tonight"". I had made the reservation well in advance so there is no reason for this delay and lack of accountability. There was no apology or resolution offered. Daniel was extremely difficult to work with and left my group of 12 people in an empty parking lot at midnight with no other options - quite simply, he just didn't care.
