Pasta Cucina has been a staple of Suffern for quite awhile. It's has had it's ups and downs with different owners but right around Hurricane Sandy (November 2013) I realized that there were new owners and decided to give it a go. Was PLEASANTLY surprised it was very good good and like the old days of Pasta Cucina. I've been back since and it's still good. Sent a few friends over and they said the same. Their bread is ALWAYS good and their eggplant dishes are great. Pasta, you know it's going to be good. Their desserts are delicious and BIG! Highly recommend Pasta Cucina in Suffern.
