I have a non contract status month to month I use a simple go phone I went to this store to buy a replacement and they refused to do so I guess they have the right but I also have the right to go elsewhere. Finally went to a company owned store near southpark and was treated a lot better and got my phone no problem why would ATT let a contract store do this I was so very close to going elsewhere I will never walk into this store again
