I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR 9 YEARS AND WE ARE A FAMILY OF 5 SO I VISIT OFTEN. THEIR STAFF REALLY NICE, HOWEVER THEIR DENTAL WORK COULD BE BETTER. THEY DID A ROOT CANAL FOR MY HUSBAND AND A FEW DAYS LATER THE TOOTH FELL OFF, I HAD A VENEER PUT ON AND WITHIN 2 WEEKS IT FELL OFF AND THEY HAD TO REMAKE IT. MY SON HAD HIS BRACES PUT ON AND WHEN HE WENT TO ADJUST THEM THE TECH ACCIDENTLY BROKE ONE AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. EVENTUALLY THEY DIDN'T BUT THAT IS BECAUSE I WAS VERY UPSET. NOW HIS BRACES HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND HE ACCIDENTLY BROKE HIS RETAINER. I PAID FOR A NEW ONE WHICH TOOK A COUPLE WEEKS NOW HIS TOOTH HAS MOVED AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT'S OUR FAULT BECAUSE OF HIS RETAINER AND WANT TO MAKE ME PAY $300 I KNOW THAT FOR NOW I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY OF THE PROBLEM WILL GET WORST BUT I AM VERY UPSET AT THE WAY THEY ARE HANDLELING THIS. DON'T GET YOUR WORK DONE HERE GO SOME PLACE WHERE THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK.
