Especially Jewelry is fantastic! For some time now (approximately 7 months) I've been shopping around for an engagement ring. I've been to many large chains, a couple of smaller ones, shopped online all over the place...repeatedly, and finally was introduced to Especially Jewelry. I could not possibly be happier with both the service and results of my visit to this store.\r
I work at a retail establishment myself, for many years and take pride in my work, so you can believe me when I say that the customer service at Especially Jewelry is certainly beyond compare. I felt very welcome and at ease the entire time I was there. I spent some time browsing their selections, and eventually, after feeling a little overwhelmed (as I'm not the greatest at jewelry shopping, but I try each year to find something wonderful for my girl) I was promptly helped by Julie. She proceeded to assist me in my search by listening to my preferences and asking some questions here and there to get a good feel for what I was looking for. After a short time she produced a ring that I knew was the one, it was amazing!\r
After this experience I know that I will be back every year to provide my return business to Especially Jewelry to get my girl something new and unique for her birthday. I feel that I will not need another jeweler from this point on!
