We have been taking our pets there, 3 of them to be exact for a few years now. The lady in the back is wonderful. I wish I knew her name. She may be the one who does the actual grooming. She is the ONLY reason we take our pets there. She is ALWAYS willing to take our pets in even if we didn't make an appointment. However, the owner, some old man, is rude and unprofessional. To let a customer leave with 3 dogs in the car who just need their nails trimmed is poor customer service. Shame on you.
