The isolation tank was absolutely amazing. If you take Pilates, this is the best way to achieve that neutral position in your spine. It was my first time going in the tank so it took my body and mind some time to adjust, but it's great for soothing your muscles and mind. It relieved so much stress in my muscles and it was the perfect place to meditate. I felt so zen by the time I came out. If you thought laying in bed after a stressful day was great, then you've been missing out on the float tank. I'm definitely going back for more sessions.
