My elderly mother had a bad experience with Lott’s Furniture in Fernandina Beach Fl. The staff at the store originally told her that her bedroom set would be delivered in two weeks. For eight weeks she waited for delivery and got the run around by the sales person and the manager. At this point she told them she did not want the furniture and would like her money back. They flatly refused and told her it would be two more weeks, she even contacted Mr. Lott himself and found him to be more rude than his non customer focused staff. They covered themselves on the receipt by typing “ASAP” in the delivery date box and also have a no cancelation policy no matter how bad they mess up. The quality of the furniture is at best the same as Rooms To Go, yet cost much more.
