I took my 2013 Keystone Avalanche 5th wheel RV that I bought from them October 2012 in to have the Kitchen faucet replaced under warranty. They had the RV for 2 1/2 weeks. When I went to pick it up I noticed trash and water on the floor. It took the guy almost an hour to find my keys. They had lost my lube pad off the Pin Box. When I got home I hooked my water hose to the RV to check out their work. Water sprayed everywhere! After doing some checking, I found they had left a washer out of a fitting on the supply line. The Faucet was not tightened to the counter top. I could move it around easily. I made a trip back over to the store and got no help at all. I ended up fixing it myself. The next week I called Camping World of Chattanooga and ask to speak to Mark the Manager. I was given his voice mail where I left two messages. He hasn't returned my calls. My advice is do as I'm going to do. Stay away from this store!!!!!
