Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. This place does not care about anything except selling you a dress that is WAY TOO LARGE so they can collect more money from you when you need to have your gown altered! I tried on a gown in the store which fit me like a glove! When they measured me they said that I needed a size larger than the one that I had tried on. When I questioned this they gave me the spiel that the ""dresses get stretched out from lots of people trying them on"", ""the dress really isn't the size stated on the tag"", etc... and ""according to the designer's size chart (they measured me twice and got two different measurements!) you need a size larger than the one that you tried on"". Now mind you the dress I was ordering was strapless and not tight to the body at all so the only important measurement was my bust size.In addition to that they make you sign a waiver stating that you are responsible for whatever size that you order. I was really worried that it was going to be too big but they assured me (when they collected half the money up front) that the dress would fit perfectly. Well I just picked up my dress last week, and you guessed it the dress was HUGE on me! When I came out of the dressing room the girl that was helping me said ""oh it's not that big, it can be taken in"" I wanted to scream ""are you frigging kidding me, it should fit me perfectly""!! This girl could not get away from me fast enough, I'm sure she knew that I was going to loose it! You would think that since this is a specialized business they would know what designers dressed run larger or smaller than a typical dress. DO NOT SHOP HERE, you are better off at David's Bridal at or Alfred Angelo!!! more
