""Mike"" bid the job and ""Tony"" handled the final measurement and arranged installation of windows first, then window shutters afterwards. They have good products and great prices (we had 4 other bids). Window Fashion Pros installed 10 replacement windows, 1 new construction window and a 10foot sliding patio door, and 7 window shutters. All windows were vinyl sliders with low ""E"" rating, dual pane glass. The shutters were painted basswood, outside mount. Shutters were pricey, but the best quality we found. Windows and shutters were ordered and arrived within reasonable estimated time given. Workmanship was excellent, better than I hoped for. The stucco patch on the new construction window was outstanding, almost invisible. There was a crew of window installers and later, a different team of shutter installers. Installers were friendly, neat, clean and professional. Installation took three days for the windows, and one day for the shutters. I could not have been happier with the workmanship and my wife was thrilled with the look of the windows and shutters. On the initial bid, ""Mike"" spent lots of time working out the details of the shutters such as size, color, width, style, trim, etc. with my wife who can be ""picky"". We had one followup call for a minor trim problem which they handled to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend them and will allow them to use us as a reference (we visited one of there previous customers to view the work before we signed)\r
I wish the rest of our re-model would be as easy as working with Window Fashion Pros!
