After notifying American Home Warranty about our Air Conditioning problems and requesting Action Air's service, we were told by American Home Warranty that the computer assign's jobs out to the different service providers. Luckily, we were given Action Air, again. Action Air was so busy that Friday and they were not going to be able to service us until Monday (4 days). Jodie, the receptionist, said she would let us know if there was a cancellation, which there was. We were moved up to Saturday, yeah, we were miserably hot... They gave us the best prompt, quality service and always have!! We will continue to ask First American Home Warranty for your services, as Action Air is our first choice!! Thank you Action Air for caring about your customers. We appreciate who you are!!
