HORRIBLE service. Brian called me rude, cussed out my husband, and threatened to ""break your f****** face in"", all in front of our two year old daughter. All because the technician, Jared, decided to cause water damage to my phone so I would have to file a claim through my insurance. Let's recap: no integrity, threatens customers, doesn't promote customer service or the Sprint name. And, Sprint corporate states we can't cancel our service after this horrific incident without paying early termination fees. We will see about that.
