There was a piece of door glass in my casting stove that had fractured somehow. We don't know how; it happened over the winter. Our local Vermont casting place was out of business, so I snooped around and found Fireside Designs and called them.
There were no problems. They replaced the glass and the gasket for me. It's a bit of a drive. I would have preferred if they were closer (it's about an hour away), but oh well. They were they only game in town.
They did good work. I haven't fired up the stove yet, but I'm sure it's fine. They finished it promptly and the price was fair.
