I do not know why I continue to go to Autofair Hyundai. I guess because it is the closest dealership to my home. I can not remember a single experience there as satisfactory. My most recent experience was disappointing. I requested the multi point inspection be done so that I could budget and prioritize repairs on my vehicle. When I picked the vehicle up the service advisor who took my vehicle had left for the day and the remaining service advisor could not make heads or tails of the service notes. I was charged a diagnostic fee for an issue I correctly explained to the service advisor, I just wanted to know if it was covered under warranty. It was not covered and not fixed on this visit but still a diagnostic charge. I am still waiting for a copy of my multi point inspection results that I was told I would receive via email since I did not get them at pick up. It has been 4 days, still waiting... I could go on and on as this is not my first disappointment with Autofair Hyundai. Kicker is, they never even attempt to make it right. It was not an option to give them zero stars so I guess the one star would be for location. more
