Business was good and you could not look at my problem then. You did not look at it the next day. Then it was Sunday. Monday you finally got around to it and ordered the repair part on Monday. It finally arrived late Tuesday.
It seems to me that it could have been a happy experience if a little empathy were used and someone had taken 5 minutes on Friday to look at it. We all knew it was a linkage problem and could have been diagnosed quickly. You the3n would have had happy customers.
