I had this hundred dollar voucher from MoveDaddy.com and I specifically asked before the move if I would be able to be use it for the job. The voucher was for any move with a minimum of three hours. My move went over the three hours and instead of taking the voucher they said they would, I was given another check to use on another move. There was also was a fifteen percent surcharge that was hidden way down in the confirmation email. So the total bill ended up being almost $200 more than what I thought it would be.
The men who moved me worked their butts off. They didn't take a single break, were very courteous, and were very careful with my stuff. But MoveDaddy.com as a company I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Make sure you read the fine print. There is a fifteen percent surcharge and it doesn't matter how far you're moving. I was only moving across town, so I had this fuel surcharge to go ten miles that cost me almost $80. And strangely enough, when I called their office to ask someone about it there wasn't anyone there.
