The salesperson in the showroom was very nice and very helpful. However the contractor they had do the installation had some issues. I had a bad feeling when they called me at work to see if I had a chalkline they could borrow because they had left theirs on another job! They did a good job on the tile installation, however i had to patch and repaint my kitchen due to the marks on the walls that they made, inlcuding a big one that needed filling which they said they were going to repair but didnt. Based on the price and the final product on the floor, I would still recommend them, just be prepared to do lots of cleaning up after them.

However we are sorry that the installers did not clean up their mess. Installing new flooring sometimes does leave minor marks on walls, and rarely a hole, but in any event we certainly should fix and repair any damage.
