My first review came back with "false claims" so I'll re-write it, since I see how this is going to go. The company came early and we were pleased about that. We rented the 15 foot bouncer with the water slide. When the party started and the water was turned on, kids were flying out of the water slide onto the ground and screaming. I've never seen such a cluster of kids holding their hands, arms, bottoms... we put cushions and blankets underneath the bottom of the water slide, only to realize there was a velcro strap and nothing attached to it. It was about 45 minutes into the party and the water was turned off by this point as many kids were already in tears. I won't post how the company responded because I know they'll ask me to take it down AGAIN, but yes, there were more adults than children at the party and more than enough supervision and that's when we deemed it necessary that it was unsafe to use. The kids were NOT using the water slide after it was deemed "unsafe", how come I can't get the company for false claims because that's what they wrote in my response? I had to edit this next part because yes, I called one number of the company, no answer, but the company said, and I quote, "There are no other phone calls or messages on record with the company. If you called a local agent or driver directly, we cannot respond or comment on that as all customer service calls should be placed to the company directly." I called the number that the driver TOLD me to call to get a hold of the "local boss". When the driver came out, he put the velcro piece on which had my parents up in arms because it was a tiny piece that did absolutely nothing to stop the kids from still hitting the ground. I will not even comment on what the driver said about the company renting this bounce house out. We couldn't use the water for the entire rest of the party so what a waste of money!!!!! The company offered to refund the water portion of the rental, HOWEVER, we have called twice now (no return phone calls) and apparently the owner cannot return phone calls at the time. HMM!?!?! Kids were in tears, parents weren't happy. What a terrible experience and an embarrassment. I wonder how many phone calls I would have received if one of my children would have broken their arm? I would never rent from this company again. I'm hoping the Better Business Bureau will help if the company isn't willing to.
