Called Champion after I was told nobody was available with 4 other companies to repair my AC. Rene showed up ready to go and diagnosed my problem within 5 or so minutes. He was very professional and respectful and ended up replacing my thermostat along with providing a full service to the unit. I didn't expect him to go above and beyond but he was happy to. We will definitely be using Champion again in the future.
