I ordered twelve windows from Republic Windows & Doors. They did measure and then John came back out and measured again himself. It took about five weeks for me to get my windows. Nobody called me; I had to call them. When I did get them they installed them and the guys were really neat and clean.
I'm not quite happy with them yet. One was supposed to be privacy glass and it isn't. They just installed a regular window instead and didn't say anything and weren't going to say anything. I had to call and talk to them about that. Also, I thought they were going to cover part of the window on the outside that looks really bad and they didn't.
The windows seem like they're nice windows and the service was okay. I wouldn't rate it as excellent service just because they do have a little trouble getting back to people.
