Well-trained crew always evaluates needs for current service in light of service history on my vehicle. I can relax knowing that my car is in the hands of people who know it better than I do and will let me know if they see a way to avoid a possible issue by performing a small service or recommend skipping a service because, in their opinion, it is not necessary given my usage pattern. The final decision is always mine but the recommendations come from the equivalent of a brother in the business.
