I took my car for an oil change and apparently they either started the car without oil or didn't put enough in. My 2008 Honda is now at Ed Martin Honda with a diagnosis of a broken timing chain tensioner. Goodyear filed an insurance claim and their liability insurance company denied that an oil change would have anything to do with it. Ed Martin's Honda certified mechanic says that it is Goodyear's fault and nothing else could have caused this to happen. With a $100 towing bill and a starting estimate of $800 for repairs, I would NEVER take my vehicle to Goodyear again! Norm retired...It seems like their service is in the toilet now!
