Started bad by having to allow a 6 hour window for appt. No communications from Abacus at all. We made all contacts trying to find out when rep would arrive. WIndow was Noon to 6:00. Tech arrived at 7:30. According to tech, the dispatcher's story regarding delay turned out to be a fabrication. No one we talked to, except the tech, seemed to care that we were unhappy. Spoke to AC mgr the next day. He had a handful of excuses, but never did explain why they did not follow their own protocol and notify us at 4:30 that there would be delays. Obviously, at 8:00 at night, we were not going to let them start installation of a new return. So if we decided to have the work done, we would have had to wait for them again, another day. Not us, not ever again. Even though Tom Tynan recommends them, I will never wait for Abacus another minute.
