I've done business at Steve's for years. Lately I've been disappointed. This last visit was for an oil change and lube my brake pedal. I pick it up and nothing we done about the pedal. The mechanic said it couldn't be done... But they did it just a year ago. Then I was told to just bring it back tomorrow, like I've all the time in the world. My vehicle was there for 3 hours. I think someone should have called me or checked my records before they dismissed my request.
