I am grateful that you lowered the price of the repair and that you worked on the car quickly. However all this is no longer important due to the fact that we had problems on the way home (we are from VA). We drove about 24 miles and stopped to get something to eat and when I started the car the engine cut off. I opened the hood to see what could be the problem and i noticed the handle of the oil stick was missing. the oil stick was stuck inside. they never told me that they had broken it. When I got the car back I was told that I could take the car to any shop We called AAA and they got in touch with the shop. The owner was willing the pay for the towing only. He said he would look at it in the morning. Being out of state it meant for us to stay at a hotel an extra night. We were traveling with two seniors and my 3 year old daughter. We looked for a mechanic near by and he was able to start the car.
