I purchased a car about a year ago from Auburn Volkswagon. After a terrible experience at Larson of Tacoma, I headed out to Auburn.
That's where I met Albert. Albert was a big guy like me, so he knew right where to start with my car buying experience.
It has been a whole year. I came back for service and found Albert there waiting for me. He told me he could find me another car, similar to the one I purchased, but brand-new. I told him I couldn't afford any changes to my payment, but Albert said that he would look into it.
Sure enough after only 30 minutes he found me a new car with a payment that's almost exactly the same.
In one year I managed to drive over 20,000 miles. With the car Albert found for me, I get to start my warranty all over again.
