My car suddenly stopped working, at an inconvenient place and time. Fortunately, I wasn't far from Richards: the staff there agreed to take a look on short notice, and once they did they did, serviced my vehicle in a very professional way. The problem was nothing more than a lose wire to the starter, but it was hard to find. The shop did only what was necessary to fix it, no upselling of parts or services I didn't need. Trust is important in their business, and I trust Richards to do the job with a minimum of expense a maximum of efficiency.
