A suggestion: Work load and timetables change. An automatic update system on the status of a customer's car via text or email will limit the amount of phone calls required for you. There are "off the counter" systems for small businesses that you could add to the computer systems in each bay. The tech could just point and click on the mouse as the job goes through the stages of repair. Maybe 5 texts max: Parts ordered, car in bay, car completed, car ready for p/u and a text for call us we have additional repairs. Hope this helps.
