We placed an order for 18 hamburgers and on the grub hub website you can check whether or not you wanted ketchup, mustard and pickles. We asked for none of these things and when our burgers were delivered they had all of these things. We called Cozy Inn to see if there was a mistake, perhaps the wrong order had been delivered. We called multiple times and when someone finally answered the phone he dismissed our questions by saying, ?Well that's just how we make them.? We feel like he ignored our instructions to add no condiments and showed no interest in correcting the mistake. We are fans of Cozy Inn but feel like we were treated badly.
