This post is in reply to Jose S's post on July 22nd, 2013. On behalf of All Week Plumbing, we do charge a $95 assessment/diagnostic fee if there is an existing problem which we have to put our hands on to diagnose. Note that this is not the same as a free estimate. We provide those all day, everyday. However, this customer was advised in advance, that a service call would be assessed and deducted from the cost of work if we proceeded to make the repairs. Once we assessed the unit it was determined that he needed freon. Again, this customer was advised of the flat rate for the work. This rate includes time, labor, materials, etc. Also note, that freon is very expensive and we cannot afford to put this into anyone's home for free. I wish that we could make everyone happy and satisfy every customer and we do try our best. However, I find it alittle harsh to bash us via the internet over a cost which was relayed to the customer in advance and which they had EVERY right to refuse if they were not happy with the pricing. We are sorry this is how this is the outcome and wish him the best. As professionals we will still do whatever we can do within the specs of our work to satisfy Jose if he ever needed us in the future. Thank you.\r
Sincerely\r
