Tell you service techs / sub contractors to quit taking advantage of senior citizens, over charging them like 700.00 for a capacitor that should be 110.00 installed or getting them to sign a contract for new unit when they think there signing the invoice. As an owner you should have better quality control. What goes around comes around.\r
