I was very pleased with their customer service. Jim Cannon, specifically was very helpful in giving me assistance in choosing the proper selections for my outdoor kitchen. In fact, when we first spoke, it was my intention to purchase all of my appliances through BBQ OUTLET, which included a 42"Twin Eagle grill. He was helpful in explaining technical information about grills, As a result, I purchased all of the remaining parts for the outdoor kitchen (Door, Drawers, Fridge etc) through BBQ OUTLET. Jim's expertise and professional assistance was invaluable. His follow though was also great. I received my purchases very promptly and in great condition!
