Dr. Horvath is a great dentist. Her medical work is incredible. Explaining things that are required in the future as opposed to recommended need work. I would recommend getting like I did an estimate of all work that would need to be done with pricing. I became unsatisfied when a root canal tooth chipped and the partial I have will no longer even stay in my mouth. $1,000.00 for a crown and was told i actually needed 2 of them. To me $2,000.00 over and above your written/printed estimate is outrageous, if that amount was going to be needed it should have been included in the initial estimate. Also when complaining be careful I received a call from Kirstie @ the office and she basically said it was my own fault and other rude comments. I would proceed with caution at this office regarding financials so you do not end up with holes in your mouth from extractions and a piece of partial that is totally worthless at this point in time. Not much can be done at this point in time but having worked in the medical field in all aspects of a medical practice it is things like this that leave the bad taste people automatically associate with medicine.
