We rented from North Star for almost two years and were lied to, then over charged for fabricated cleaning fees upon moving out. We were told that we could rent the house for as long as we wanted when we moved in, only to be told after a year and a half that our 2-year lease could not be renewed and the management company had no recollection of our agreement. Additionally, we had the house professionally cleaned, left it cleaner than it was when we moved in, only to be charged an additional $500 in ""miscellaneous"" cleaning fees. I hope that the homeowner never allows them to handle her property again.
