Since Banks moved to their new location I can't believe what POOR service we received. We took our Miehl in and was told they stopped giving out loaners. Then we were told that it would be looked at that morning. They finally got to it 3 days later!!! Lies is all we got. Today we replaced out $700 Miehl for a $187 Hoover at Best Buy. We even took out a 4 year warranty. If anything goes wrong back to Best Buy it goes. They take care of everything. The Hoover works great. So why do I need Banks?????
