I dropped my car in for routine 60K mile maintenance and the whole schedule to drop off process was fast and easy. Prices were on par with what you would expect from a dealer, and the service attendant searched for deals/coupons to lower the cost for me. The pickup was a little poor as all of the attendants were engaged or not present when I got there and I had to wait 5 minutes to be helped. The Hyundai service lounge here too is non-existant and there are no indoor seats available there so plan on waiting outside or going nearby for a bite to eat etc. Overall the staff was very nice and pleasant, and I think my experience with waiting was a result of bad timing, rather than what you should expect. more
