Service was very poor, there were several girls standing around the counter then they all walked away without providing me or anyone else standing there any service. Finally another girl came up and tried to help me, she couldn't take my return but mentioned the product I purchased ""never worked"" so made me wonder why they bothered to sell it. She called the manager up who grabbed the water bottle ran to the back didn't say anything to anyone and returned and said well ""this one works"" and that she couldn't offer me a refund. For all I know since they ""never work"" this manager could have grabbed one out of the back they had doctored up to make it not leak and brought it back up. Very poor customer service and only there to make money off of people. Buyer beware obviously selling substandard products.\r
