I brought my laptop into be fixed because the charging port wasn't working. They called me back 5 DAYS later to tell me there was nothing wrong with it and that I needed to buy a new charging adaptor. Seeing as I did this before I brought the computer in, I went to exchange the new charger at Best Buy and brought it the computer with me. The people at Best Buy tried to connect my computer 3 TIME TO 3 DIFFERENT CHARGERS AND NONE OF THEM WORKED. They went to their geek squad and they sad that the port is broken.\r

If the Computer Emergency guys are so specialized in computers, how come they couldn't diagnose my computer properly. I think it is ridiculous that they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me and still charged me! \r
