I went in and was happy to find a salon that offered braiding that was clean and English speaking. m the beginning I felt as though they didn't want to service me because of the fullness of my hair . and the proof is in the outcome. I showed my stylist Chanelle what I wanted. the end resulted looked nothing of the sort. I felt as though she rushed and gave me a horrible hair do. when I saw it I was unhappy but I still paid her plus tipped her. I thought I could live with the hair style but when I got home I looked at it and hated it. when I called her she said she will fix it. then the day before the appointment she called to tell me she would charge me to redo it. POOR customer service. she gave me a horrible hair do and instead of fixing it and gaining a new client who tips and repeat business she gained a very dissatisfied client that will always bad mouth this salon.
