What a horrible experience I had with Bouncin Bins. NEVER rent from them. There are so many alternatives, and I’m sure any other one would be a better option. We rented a bounce house for my 4 year olds birthday party and despite their promises to be early, (I even offered to book the bounce house for earlier since we didn’t need it for their minimum 4 hour rental and was told it wasn’t necessary) they were an hour late-which meant the kids got to bounce for about 15 minutes before it was time for presents, cake and ice cream. (and I had to scramble to come up with activities for all the quests to do while waiting) What do they offer to do? Refund 1/4 of the money since we had rented it for 4 hours and they were only an hour late-Really?????? 1-4 hours is the minimum they charge 2-I had asked for it earlier and told it was not necessary because they are always early-that was even reiterated the night before when they called to confirm 3-they knew it was a 4 year olds b-day party-do you really think it would last 4 hours. AND they didn’t even come pick it back up until 11pm that night-Far beyond the 4 hour rental..... And it also meant we had to stay home all day waiting for them to pick it up. What a horrible experience.
