I was contacted by Dana Smith, of Eagle Equity, with regards to a vacant property I owned in Florida, which is nearing foreclosure. Despite my not being the lien holder for loans on the property, she assured me that a foreclosure on the property would adversely affect my credit (not true). She offered $500 for me to quit claim the property to her company. I agreed, and a package was sent to me including a letter stating that a check for $500 would be sent upon her receipt of the package. It has now been two months since I sent the quit claim paperwork back to her, and I have yet to receive a check. I hope that by writing this review, I can help someone to avoid an unpleasant experience with Eagle Equity Holdings Group, LLC.
