I called Advanced Air and had an appointment scheduled. I mistakenly had forgotten about it since I have been dealing with many contractors to resolve several issues that were found in my home inspection. My appt. was set for sometime between 2 and 4 and I had a call from Kevin at 3:53. \r

I had already made a decision to go with another company - Radon Be Gone - for whom I will give the highest praises. When I apologized to Kevin explaining that I had made a mistake, he verbally berated me to no end on the phone. I am in customer service myself and if I ever spoke to someone that way, I would be in the unemployment line. After I could take it no longer, I simply hung up the phone.\r

Kevin proceeded to call me back, but I just let him go to VM. He indicated that we had somehow become disconnected and that if I was going to write a review of his company, I was to put in all the circumstances. You are reading it now. He then paused on the VM. After the pause he stated - and this is almost a direct quote - ""NEVER CALL US AGAIN.""\r

I think that says it all. I am advising anyone else that is thinking of doing business with them, don't.
