Service Department did not complete all the work billed!!\r
I have been a customer for 6 years, but I after a regular maintenance I discovered some of the items I was billed for not completed. When I brought this to their attention they at first denied it and then when they checked for themselves they grudgingly admitted the work was not done. Their overall response was not to look for ways to satisfy my complaint, but instead to try to make me feel like I was the problem. While they acknowledged the failure they were unwilling to take ownership of the problem and did not seek to make me a happy customer. Needless to say this discovery was a breach of my trust and when it comes to something like car maintenance you cannot deal with people who are dishonest.
