We visited Top China Buffet in Lower Burrell this past weekend and were extremely disappointed and disgusted. We were seated immediately and our drinks were brought out while we went to the buffet. We sat down with out plates of food and immediately found a cockroach baked into one of the dishes. We got up attempted to alert management but found the only individual capable of speaking English was a child. We told them we would not be eating there and would be contacting the health department and started to leave. An older man came running screaming you pay.. They made no attempt to apologize or resolve the issue just wanted us to pay for the buffet we were unable to eat. Get rid of the roaches!
